Built on the WhatsApp Business Platform
Ten client brands. One flat bill. Your server.
₹25,000 a month, flat — unlimited brands, unlimited agents, on infrastructure you own. We deploy it, connect it, patch it, monitor it and back it up. You keep the code, the data and the account.
We run this ourselves, for four of our own brands. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Open it yourself. Right now.
Not a video. Not a screen-recorded walkthrough. This is the same software, the same repository, running on a second deployment with synthetic data. Outbound messages are blocked at the driver level, so nothing you click sends a real message to a real person.

Try the shared inbox, build a broadcast, open the automation canvas, look at the audit log. Break something if you can. We would rather you found it here than after signing.
Every platform on the market charges you per brand. Because they sell to brands.
That is not a pricing complaint. It is a structural mismatch, and it is the reason your bill does not stop growing.
AiSensy, Wati, Interakt, Gallabox and the rest are built for one business running one WhatsApp number. Their pricing, their seat model and their onboarding all assume a single company is the customer. So when an agency signs its tenth client, the agency does not buy a bigger plan — it buys a tenth subscription. Ten dashboards, ten logins, ten invoices, ten renewal dates, ten sets of add-ons.
You are not their customer. Their customer is each of your clients, and you are the reseller who happens to be paying.
Oriel Chat Engine was built the other way round. It is multi-tenant at the database layer — every query is scoped to a tenant before it runs, and one that names no tenant refuses to execute rather than returning everything. Adding your eleventh client brand is a row in a table, not a new contract. The price does not move.
We do not sell to brands. We sell to the person who runs ten of them.
What ten brands actually costs
One comparison, one vendor, one published price. Wati is the clearest case because it publishes India pricing openly.
| Wati Pro, ten brands | Oriel Chat Engine, managed | |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | ₹5,999 per brand, per month | ₹25,000 per month, flat |
| Ten brands | ₹59,990 / month | ₹25,000 / month |
| Twelve months | ₹7,19,880 | ₹3,00,000 (₹2,50,000 prepaid annually) |
| Adding an eleventh brand | +₹5,999 / month | ₹0 |
| Agent seats | Included per plan, extra seats billed¹ | Unlimited |
| At the end of three years, you own | Nothing | The server, the database and the deployment |
¹ Wati's Growth plan is capped at three users with no option to add a fourth; Pro and Business include five. Figures are Wati's published India pricing at the time of writing — check wati.io before you rely on them, as we did.
Year one, all in: ₹75,000 one-time onboarding + ₹2,50,000 prepaid = ₹3,25,000. Year two onward: ₹2,50,000. Both exclude 18% GST. Your hosting is billed to you directly by your provider — for most deployments that is a four-figure monthly cost, and we size the box with you before we deploy.
Then the add-ons start
Automation is priced separately almost everywhere in this category. To illustrate with the clearest published figures available — these are AiSensy's own listed prices, quoted to show how the category prices automation, not as a criticism of AiSensy specifically:
- Drag-and-drop chatbot builder: ₹2,500 / month for five chatbots
- AI agent builder: ₹3,500 / month, including 3,500 AI messages
Those are per account. Across ten client brands, the chatbot add-on alone is ₹25,000 a month — the entire cost of running everything, everywhere, on your own server.
With us, the automation engine, the visual canvas, all nineteen node types, the REST API, the outbound webhooks and the n8n nodes are the product. There is nothing to unlock.
One line that is identical on both sides
Meta's message charges are yours either way. For India: ₹1.09 per marketing template, ₹0.145 per utility or authentication template, service replies free inside the 24-hour customer service window, billed per delivered template. Every platform in this comparison passes these on. The difference is that you pay Meta directly against your own account, so there is no third party between you and the invoice.

What "managed" means, precisely
Vague service descriptions are how disputes start. Here is the line.
Included, never billed separately
- Deployment onto your server, and connection of your WhatsApp Business Account
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Version upgrades as we ship them, including every feature on this page
- Nightly database backups, with restores verified — not just taken
- Uptime and queue-worker monitoring, with alerting to us before you notice
- Incident response inside the SLA below
- Platform bugs. Always. If our software is wrong, fixing it is not billable work, no matter how long it takes.
- Onboarding your team, and the runbook that documents your deployment
Billed at ₹2,500 per hour + GST, quoted and approved before work starts
- New features specific to your business
- Integrations with systems we do not already support
- Data migration from your existing provider beyond the standard contact and template import
- Training beyond the initial onboarding
- Work caused by changes you make to the server yourself
Not ours
- Your hosting bill
- Meta's message charges
- Meta's approval decisions on your templates or your account
Who is running this today
Oriel Chat Engine carries four brands in production — Adiyogi Herbal, DocKit, Infraspace and Paperclip. All four were migrated off AiSensy and the AiSensy subscription was cancelled.
These are Oriel Inc.'s own ventures, not third-party clients. We have not yet deployed this for an outside customer; you would be the first, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
【PLACEHOLDER — CASE STUDY NOT YET WRITTEN. Render as a visibly unfinished block. TO WRITE: migration timeline, message volume carried, what broke and how it was caught, what we would do differently. Needs real numbers pulled from production.】
The questions worth asking
What happens if Oriel disappears?
The software is on your server. The database is on your server. The WhatsApp Business Account is registered to your Meta Business account. There is no console of ours to switch off, and nothing of yours held anywhere we control. You would be left with a running system, a documented provisioning runbook and no one maintaining it — which is a real problem, but a very different problem from losing access. Source escrow can be arranged as part of the agreement; ask on the call.
Who owns the data?
You do. You are the data controller. Under Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, we act as your Third Party Service Provider — which means we may process your data only on your written instruction, only to provide the services you have asked for, and never for our own purposes. That is not our policy; it is the condition Meta places on any provider in our position, and we sign a written data processing agreement with you before go-live because Meta requires one.
Who owns the WhatsApp Business Account?
You do. It is registered under your business, verified in your name, and you appoint the administrator — Meta requires an active administrator on every account at all times, and it is your person, not ours. We hold delegated access to operate it on your behalf. You can revoke that access from your own dashboard, without asking us.
What does 99.5% uptime actually promise?
0.5% of a 31-day month is about three hours and forty minutes. That is the allowance. It excludes a stated maintenance window of 02:00–04:00 IST on Sundays, and it excludes outages at Meta, at your hosting provider, or in the network between them — we do not control those and will not pretend to. What we do commit to is that you find out from us, not from a customer.
What happens at the end of the contract?
Thirty days' notice, either side. On the last day you get root, a final verified database dump, an export of every contact, conversation and template, and the runbook. Nothing is withheld and there is no exit fee. If you want us to hand the deployment to another engineer, we will brief them.
Can you migrate us from AiSensy, Wati or Interakt?
Yes — we did it for four brands. Contacts, templates and opt-out state transfer. Message history usually does not, because most platforms do not export it in a usable form; we will tell you exactly what will and will not survive before you commit.
Open the demo first. Then talk to us.
The demo needs no form and no email address. If it does what you need, a call is worth thirty minutes. If it does not, you have lost nothing.
